What employers seek
Employers hire around 11 percent of graduates from the class of the going year according to surveys and reports. However, many offer to pay better than every year going up from business to social sciences. Although the new generation seeks job opportunities in this growing world, employees above 60 years continue to remain the fastest-growing segment of the workforce.
About aged ones
Labour force participation is predicted to gauge to 32% by 2022 which is 20% beyond since the year 2002. This includes people who are aged 65 to 74 years. While those who are older than 75, the rate jumps to 11 % from 5% over the same time. This proves that no matter what their savings are, individuals actively seek employment beyond traditional retirement age even if it is on a part-time basis
