“Food, the ingredient that binds us together”
When we think about Indian restaurants, the image that pops in our mind is something like this: White tablecloth, Bollywood movie playing in the background, plates full of masalas and spices, piles of fluffy naan with creamy chicken, and maybe one or two samosas.
Indian cuisine is famous throughout the United States. The Indian food, which thrives on opposing flavour combinations and bold spices isn’t entirely Indian.
