Facebook owned WhatsApp Pay stuck by Beta Testing

Whatsapp which is actually facebook owned, placed challenging bets into the world of digital payment market in the country of India by its own WhatsApp Pay. This WhatsApp Pay Company rolled out a few of the features for some Whatsapp Users for the beta testing purpose due to the RBI Rules in India. WhatsApp Pay can't be rolled out for every the person in our country yet.

“The users will be able to use different features of Whatsapp pay via Instagram and Messenger as well. WhatsApp is testing all the features in the country of India which will be rolled out soon but the exact timeline is still unknown”, says CEO of Facebook Zuckerberg.


“A test is running to launch WhatsApp Pay and this payment gateway will also be launched in other countries too and Facebook is working over it”, according to a recent report at Facebook Earning Call by Mark Zuckerberg

It is reported that the WhatsApp Pay will be horizontally working with many social media websites like Instagram and Facebook so that every individual will follow up on their business and complete their transactions.

“WhatsApp Pay will take five more months to go live in India and localise its payment services”, According to The Economic Times Report.

Only a fraction of WhatsApp users can use it Payment Gateways with a small value of transaction allowed by NPCI, National Payment Corporation Of India. It also uses UPI transfer facilities which started its partnership with Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, State bank and HDFC Bank.
