Another Netflix Growing Slate content for Africa is the Mama K's Team 4 which is basically, sync with Strong Black Lead, an initiative company meant for ongoing conversation across film, TV, live events, social media and podcast.
Mama K's Team 4 is set in a futuristic version of Lusaka, capital of Zambia. The story is all about four teenage girls and a secret retired agent, who recruited four girls in order to save the world. This film is co-produced by Triggerfish Animated Studios in South Africa and CAKE, U.K family entertainment company. Malenga Mulendema is the Zambian Writer of "Mama K's Team 4" and the 8th winner in the Pan-African Talent Search from the Trigger Story Lab.
